♥ NaNoRenO Week 3 ♥

Hi Everyone! ♥

Here's my devlog for week 3 of NaNoRenO! 

- Doing a lot better! -

This week's gone a lot better! As suspected, now that my sister and I aren't sick, we can actually work a little faster haha;

We're on track to finish by the end of March! Mostly it's just stuff I need to finish up now, Zoe's done all of her part (and I need to catch up!!)

Zoe spent the week mostly working on a couple of expressions I needed for the script, which is now finished and sitting at 4k! I'm surprised it's all finished, as usually it's the last thing I complete.

She also finished up the cafe overlay of the 4 JKHA cast members all hanging out:

And now some of Nala's plushies are drawn too!:

The Dinosaur's name is Jared.

- Lots of small things -

Over on my end, other than the script being finished, the choice buttons are in (clearly just ripped from JKHA and colors on the hearts tweaked, but they're fine for now)

Now to make the textbox match!

Slight spoilers, but there's a part in the story where it starts to rain. I made a quick edit to the sky bg I've been using, and now it's all murky:

Please ignore Hina's positioning, I'll be fixing that up soon.

I also tinted the screen a little (code shown on the images) though I don't think the tint alone really sells it- might need some rain particles in there to really show it:

Currently considering making the tint a little more dark, too.

As you might have noticed, I still have work on the backgrounds to do, but most of the inking for this one's complete:

The others I have plans for!! (though no yet visuals haha)

-Into the end stretch!-

Next week will be finishing the backgrounds (along with everything else) as we approach the end of march!I have the cafe bg to draw, as well as Nala's living room-  I'm confident I'll be fininished with time to spare!

Lots of small jobs like making the menu different from the default, adding in a screen where you can name the MC from JKHA, and adding in animations- a lot of which I'll have done the day I'm writing this devlog!

Not a whole lot else to say, really.  Next week I'll  show the finished backgrounds, and next friday, the game will be released!
