Sherbert In A Bottle is a short Visual Novel about wrestling with decisions relating to one's life path, and the positive impact online friends can have on a person.
Story:
<--- Meet Sherbert. ("Sherb" for short.)
Sherbert's a Grand Mage that's having a hard time with his future and what he wants out of it.
He's opened up an inter-dimensional portal and the other end of it is you, the player!
With your help, he can gain a little bit of clarity and feel more secure in his decisions.

It's been a while since my last visual novel and after playing enough small, cute visual novels, I decided to try making my own. I wanted to test myself and see how a project with a far smaller scope'd fare.
Inspired by (But became a project absolutely not sticking to the guidelines of) the O2A2VN Jam!
Currently a sort of weird WIP- 0.9 being the trimmed down (but complete) release, with plans to update and add a few more tidbits for a full 1.0 version.

This was just so good. I love the art style so much. The story is so relatable, heck I've had those exact thoughts Sherb's had as well. Can't wait to see if there is more we will see of Sherb in the future!

Quick question just to check if that's okay, is the second intentional close signalling the end? Because when I go back in it just repeats that section. I wasn't sure if it was a bug that it wasn't going any further or if that was the end, also since I can't see where to start from the beginning again ":D
If the start button says "Revist"/you're greeted with a CG, that's the end!
After viewing the ending once, there should be a sleeping Sherbert on the title screen, you can click him to wipe the game!
